Aviapriborostroenie, a KRET company, pays particular attention to preparation of highly qualified personnel. The foreground tasks in this sphere consist in raising the prestige of technical jobs and attracting talented youth. The need for young highly qualified professionals is determined by orientation towards promising research and development work and manufacturing of competitive products.

The Group extensively interacts with educational institution in terms of targeted contract preparation of specialists for the industry based on long-term agreements and contracts; joint research programs are organized.

Currently, 7 reference higher education institutions are determined for these purposes:

  • Kazan National Research Technological University named after N. A. Tupolev
  • Moscow Aviation Institute (MAI)
  • National Research University of Electronic Technology (MIET)
  • Russian State Technical University named after K. E. Tsiolkovsky (MATI)
  • Saint-Petersburg State University of Aerospace Instrumentation
  • Saint-Petersburg National Research University of Information Technologies, Mechanics and Optics
  • Ufa State Aviation Technical University

The Group is planning to organize cooperation with six more higher education institutions by 2015.

Senior year pupils and students are actively involved into the activities aimed at preparation of personnel for research and development work.

To eliminate the continuity gaps and to improve employees’ professional competences it is planned to set up a system of additional professional training and retraining courses to be taken by 3 thousand persons yearly.

Aviapriborostroenie was established in 2009 based on the facilities of Institute of Aircraft Equipment with the purpose to integrate entities of the aerospace industry involved in system engineering and supplies of airborne instruments and radio-electronic equipment complexes. The organizations integrated into Aviapriborostroenie provide researches, development, manufacturing and maintenance of airborne electronics. At the end of 2012 the State Corporation Supervisory Board decided on inclusion of Aviapriborostroenie into the Radio-Electronic Technology Group.
